The information being collected by the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management ("the Commissioner's Office"), which may include personal information, is being collected for administrative and statistical purposes only. Information may be passed on to other State or Commonwealth agencies when requested, but only in circumstances where such other agencies are to use the information for administrative or statistical purposes.
The Commissioner's Office is part of the Department of Justice and Attorney-General ("the Department"). With the above exceptions, information collected by the Commissioner's Office will not be distributed outside the Department unless required by law or unless your prior written consent has been obtained.
